• Access to health education materials provided by the practice •
• Secure messaging between you and the provider •
• 24/7 access to patient clinical data •
• Ability to access/request documents such as: Medical Records, Shot Records, Health Statements, School Notes, Lab Results, & Statements •
(Take note there are two types of registrations)

**Take note when creating the account this is FOR YOURSELF, not for your child/children**
Make sure you add your child/children during registration, otherwise you will have to request a pin to add them later within the portal
